View original imageThe event was organized to help improve school adaptation and psychological stability for students at risk of dropping out. The main goal is to provide emotional support and information to students who are at risk of discontinuing their studies due to various factors, such as being victims or perpetrators of school violence and maladjustment to school, thereby establishing a foundation for healthy growth.
Seven teachers who will participate as mentors attended the appointment ceremony. The event included a welcoming speech by the superintendent of education, the presentation of appointment certificates, an explanation of the project's purpose, and a Q&A session. The appointed Saem-Pum Support Group plans to focus on enhancing students' self-esteem, promoting psychological stability, fostering social bonds, and strengthening academic motivation through ongoing mentoring activities.
Superintendent Yoon Youngseop stated, "We will spare no effort to support students so they can devote themselves to their studies without psychological difficulties and fully realize their potential. I hope the Saem-Pum Support Group will become a strong pillar for students in crisis."
