Renault Korea Signs MOU with Kookmin University to Foster Future Mobility Talent
Renault Korea announced on the 14th that it had signed a business agreement (MOU) with Kookmin University on the 13th at the main building of Kookmin University in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, to strengthen industry-academic cooperation.
The main points of this agreement include the joint operation of practical programs such as recruitment-linked internships, tours of the Renault Korea research center (Renault Technology Korea, RTK), and special lectures by industry experts. The agreement was signed with the aim of enabling the industry and academia to closely cooperate and to discover and nurture talent with practical skills at an early stage in the rapidly changing mobility industry environment.
The signing ceremony was attended by key executives of Renault Korea, including President Stephan Deblaise, as well as Seungryul Jung, President of Kookmin University, professors from the College of Automotive Convergence, and officials from the university's industry-academic cooperation group. After the signing ceremony, a campus tour was held, including a visit to the engineering building.
President Deblaise stated, "In this rapidly changing industrial environment, we will spare no effort in supporting the development of promising talent and ensuring that both Kookmin University and Renault Korea can grow together in every aspect."
