The participants continued a keyword talk on topics directly suggested by young staff members, such as 'the mayor's early career in public service,' 'improving unreasonable practices,' and 'being a good colleague,' exchanging questions and opinions on the overall district administration.
Mayor Jin stated, "Innovation is difficult for an individual to achieve alone; it requires all members to move in the same direction together," and added, "I will continue to foster a horizontal and innovative organizational culture through open and candid communication."
