Kim Ikang, head of Gwangju Seo-gu District Office, paid tribute to the noble spirits of the May heroes at the National May 18 Democratic Cemetery in Unjeong-dong, Buk-gu, on May 12, marking the 45th anniversary of the May 18 Democratic Uprising.
