KRIHS Selected as 'Excellent Research Institute' for Seven Consecutive Years in Government-Funded Institute Evaluation
Recognized for Policy Responsiveness
The Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (KRIHS) has been selected as an 'excellent research institute' for seven consecutive years in the government-funded research institute evaluation.
On May 9, KRIHS announced that it received an excellent rating in the 2024 institutional evaluation conducted by the National Research Council for Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences for 26 affiliated government-funded research institutes. KRIHS was also rated as the best research institute in 2018, 2019, and 2023.
In this evaluation, the National Research Council for Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences highly rated KRIHS for its efforts to strengthen research on data-based national land policy support systems, to support the establishment of sustainable and highly perceptible real estate policies and provide related information, and to enhance systematic human resource management and internal and external communication.
