Shinhan Bank Launches Non-Face-to-Face Issuance Service for Comprehensive Income Tax Documents
Shinhan Bank announced on May 2 that it will offer a non-face-to-face issuance service for comprehensive income tax return documents through its customer service center throughout the month of May.
Customers can call the customer service center's main number, select the shortcut number (8), or say keywords related to the issuance of documents such as comprehensive income tax or loan transaction history. After completing identity verification, they can view the screen together with the 'AI voice bot' and apply for the issuance of the desired documents. Necessary documents can also be requested through the 'chatbot' within Shinhan SOL Bank.
In addition to the immediate issuance of three types of documents, Shinhan Bank has added guidance on how to issue seven additional types of documents. The bank will also provide telephone guidance to customers who are expected to need document issuance.
