Busan Education Research Information Center to Host "SWAI Digital Experience Festival"
A Gathering of Cutting-Edge Technologies Such as AI and VR on May 3
The Busan Education Research Information Center, led by Director Lee Sunghwan, will host the "2025 SWAI Digital Experience Festival" at the Busan SW·AI Education Hub Center on May 3, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., targeting 660 citizens.
This event has been organized to enhance the understanding of software (SW) and artificial intelligence (AI), which are essential in the era of digital transformation, among the education community and citizens, and to bridge the digital education gap between regions.
The venue will feature programs where participants can experience a variety of cutting-edge digital technologies firsthand, including AI, VR, and robotics. There will also be a friendly e-sports match for middle and high school students, commemorative gifts for participants, a popcorn giveaway event, and a range of other content for families to enjoy together.
In particular, the main experience programs will be centered around eight education rooms and four experience zones, offering content tailored to students' interests, such as an encrypted QR code decoding data experience, AI-based video editing, games using robots, and VR experiences.
A "League of Legends" e-sports challenge match, which is especially popular among teenagers, will also be held to add excitement to the event.
