Woori Bank Expands 'Global Desk' Service for Foreign Customers to 12 Branches
Four New Branches Added in Cheonan, Incheon, and Pyeongtaek

First Introduction of Nepali Language Consultation Service
Woori Bank announced that it will expand its dedicated service counters for foreign customers, known as the 'Global Desk,' to 12 branches nationwide.
The 'Global Desk' is a dedicated counter that provides customized financial services for foreign customers. Four branches?Cheonan Financial Center, Incheon Port Financial Center, Yeonsu-dong Branch, and Dongpyeongtaek Branch?have been newly added. With these additions, the service is now available at 12 locations nationwide, including the existing Guro Bondong Branch, Seoul National University Branch, Sinjeju Financial Center, Seogwipo Branch, Gimhae Financial Center, Gwanghui-dong Financial Center, Uijeongbu Financial Center, and the Main Branch Sales Department.
The newly added branches offer services tailored to various languages and cultures. Cheonan Financial Center specializes in Uzbek and Russian, Yeonsu-dong Branch in Russian, Incheon Port Financial Center in Vietnamese, and Dongpyeongtaek Financial Center in English. These branches provide a wide range of financial services, including account opening, smart banking, currency exchange and remittance, as well as personalized consultations on financial products.
Meanwhile, Woori Bank supports customer service in 12 foreign languages, including English, Russian, Chinese, and Vietnamese, through its call center. On April 1, the bank added a Vietnamese-speaking consultant in response to the increasing number of Vietnamese customers. Starting April 18, Woori Bank became the first in the banking sector to introduce Nepali language support, establishing a differentiated support system for foreign customers.
