BTS Jin to Release New Album on May 16
Group BTS member Jin (real name Kim Seok-jin) will release a new album next month, Big Hit Music announced on the 15th.
Jin will release his second mini-album, "Echo," on May 16 at 1 PM (KST). This marks his first new release in about six months since his first solo album "Happy" in November last year. The agency stated, "Jin decided on a quick comeback because he wants to see his fans more often."

View original imageOn the morning of the same day, a promotional video for Jin's new album was screened at the K-pop Square Media in COEX, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. In the video, Jin held up a placard with the release date "May 16" inside a crane game machine filled with dolls. The video will be screened every 30 minutes between 6 AM and 11:30 PM until the 19th.
