Woori Bank to Publicly Sell Unused Real Estate... Enhancing Asset Efficiency
General Competitive Bidding via KAMCO On-Bid System
Woori Bank announced on the 10th that it will publicly sell a total of seven unused real estate properties, including the Yeouido North Branch located in Seoul.
Woori Bank has continuously reviewed various methods for the efficient management of unused real estate and plans to select sale targets through development feasibility analysis and proceed with phased sales.
According to the sales schedule, this year the bank will prioritize selling properties owned in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas where demand is high, and from 2026 to 2027, it plans to expand the sale targets to properties located in provincial areas.
This public sale will be conducted through a general competitive bidding process via the Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO) On-Bid system. It will be held in two rounds from April 15 to 23.
