K Bank Recruiting Internship Positions Linked to Employment for the First Half of the Year

K Bank is expanding internship opportunities by adding a mid-year recruitment for the first time this year.
On the 9th, K Bank announced that it will recruit double-digit numbers of recruitment-linked interns utilizing the summer vacation.
The positions available are a total of 10 roles across 5 job categories: ▲Tech (IT) ▲Biz/Marketing (Product/Marketing) ▲UX ▲Data ▲Management (HR).
Since 2022, K Bank has conducted internships during the winter vacation for four consecutive years and has hired double-digit interns annually.
During the two-month internship, a monthly salary of 3 million KRW is paid. This is one of the highest internship stipends in the industry.
The internship runs from July to August, during which interns are assigned to on-site teams to gain job-specific practical experience and demonstrate their skills. To support rapid growth and adaptation, a one-on-one close mentoring program with senior team members is also provided.
Separately, the HR team will conduct basic training and internship programs for early-career professionals.
The recruitment process consists of three stages: 'application submission - competency test - interview,' with only one face-to-face interview conducted. Some Tech (IT) fields require a coding test, and Data and UX fields are given pre-assignment tasks. The coding test will be scheduled on weekends, actively considering the applicants' academic schedules.
Applicants must be graduates or expected to graduate by August 2025. Graduates with less than two years of experience are also eligible to apply. Applications can be submitted on the K Bank recruitment website until the 21st of this month.
