A man in his 20s suspected of breaking into his ex-girlfriend's residence by climbing the exterior plumbing of an apartment building was arrested by the police.
According to Yonhap News on the 8th, the Jeju Western Police Station has booked and is investigating Mr. A on charges of trespassing and violating the Stalking Punishment Act.
Mr. A is accused of climbing about 10 meters high on the plumbing of an apartment in Jeju City around 5 a.m. on the 30th of last month and entering his ex-girlfriend's residence through an unlocked window.
Mr. A was caught in the act and arrested by the police who responded to the report.
It is understood that Mr. A suspected Ms. B of entering the house with another man and asked her to open the door, but when she refused, he committed the crime.
