Shinhan Bank Conducts Special Recruitment for Over 30 Discharged Officers
Shinhan Bank announced on the 8th that it will begin the '2025 Leadership Special Recruitment' starting from the 14th, selecting around 30 discharged officers.
This special recruitment targets officers of captain rank or below who have already been discharged or are scheduled to be discharged by the end of June. The recruitment is for regular full-time positions (general positions) providing financial services to individual and corporate customers. The process will proceed in the order of document screening, online competency test, and first and second interviews.
Shinhan Bank plans to comprehensively evaluate problem-solving skills, understanding, and judgment necessary for job performance, selecting talents with responsibility, proactiveness, and leadership. On the same day, a pre-introduction video of the special recruitment was also released on the recruitment website and the official YouTube channel.
