Various convenience facilities for the daily life and health of the elderly are provided, including guest rooms, a restaurant, common living rooms, a physical therapy room, and a foot bath room. It also offers health data management using a blood sugar management app, AI-based smart care services, and customized nursing and rehabilitation services.
