Supporting Rider Skill Enhancement and Career Development
Woowa Brothers, responsible for the logistics services of Baedal Minjok, announced on the 8th that they conducted the rider instructor development program, ‘Baemin Rider School Rider Ambassador,’ which trains veteran riders active in Baemin Connect as professional instructors.
The Baemin Rider School Rider Ambassador program is designed to enhance riders’ expertise and expand their careers. It reflects the voices of riders who expressed the desire for skill enhancement and career expansion in the ‘BaLaMo (Safe Delivery Riders Group)’ formed in December last year and rider surveys.

The Rider Ambassador course was conducted from the 14th of last month to the 4th of this month, focusing on capacity building and practical training to become instructors. Baemin Rider School Rider Ambassadors were selected from Baemin Connect rider applicants based on criteria such as ▲motorcycle riders ▲graduates of the existing Baemin Rider School education program ▲and having more than three years of delivery experience through Baemin Connect.
Baemin Rider School provided a professional motorcycle education curriculum for the ambassador riders, including professional speech training, advanced delivery safety basic education, conducting educational practice, and riding practical tests. Additionally, individual rider ambassadors received one-on-one customized feedback based on lecture attitude and teaching ability tests, as well as demonstration video analysis to enhance the completeness of their lectures.
Rider Ambassadors who completed the program are given opportunities to lecture directly at Baemin Rider School, the industry’s largest and most advanced motorcycle education facility, and will also serve as campaign leaders in various rider support programs conducted by Woowa Brothers for riders. Baemin Rider School plans to continuously strengthen this virtuous cycle education model that supports rider growth, starting with this Rider Ambassador program.
