iM Financial Group Holds Volunteer Corps Launch Ceremony, Commits to Close Win-Win Cooperation
Tree Planting in Collaboration with Palgongsan National Park
iM Financial Group (formerly DGB Financial Group) announced on the 7th that it held the inauguration ceremony for the "11th iM Family Volunteer Group" on the 5th at Sutegol (Yongsu-dong) in Palgongsan National Park, Dong-gu, Daegu.
The "iM Family Volunteer Group," composed of employees and their families, was originally established in 2015 as the "DGB Family Volunteer Group" and was newly launched as the "iM Family Volunteer Group" following the group name change in March. Through various activities such as environmental protection, volunteering at local welfare facilities, and helping with farm work, the entire family plans to take the lead in close-knit coexistence.
At the event attended by about 60 volunteers, in cooperation with Palgongsan National Park, with which they have an ecological conservation agreement, they planted a total of about 2,200 trees including Cornus controversa, Acer mono, and Aster scaber, maintaining proper planting intervals under expert guidance in celebration of Arbor Day.
