The RISE Project is a business model in which local governments develop development strategies and university support plans to support the mutual growth of the region and universities.
Sookmyung Women's University plans to share its educational and research capabilities with Jongno District to promote projects such as the advancement of lifelong education. Through this, it intends to expand its local network. Previously, Sookmyung Women's University also signed an MOU with Yongsan District.
