GH Supplies 3,099 Purchased Rental Housing Units in 27 Cities and Counties in the Province
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will recruit prospective tenants for existing housing purchase rental homes from the 14th to the 18th.
The existing housing purchase rental project is a system in which GH purchases and renovates multi-family and multi-household houses to stabilize housing for vulnerable groups residing in Gyeonggi Province, and rents them at about 30% of the market price.
This time, a total of 3,099 units will be supplied in 27 cities and counties in the province, excluding Gwacheon, Pocheon, Hanam, and Yeoncheon.
Applicants must be members of a non-homeowner household registered in the resident registration of the relevant city or county as of the announcement date (March 31) and meet the first or second priority qualifications.
The first priority includes recipients of livelihood or medical benefits, single-parent families eligible for support, households urgently needing housing support, low-income elderly, and persons with disabilities with an average monthly income of 70% or less of the previous year's urban worker household income.
The second priority includes households with an average monthly income of 50% or less of the previous year's urban worker household income and persons with disabilities with an income of 100% or less.
The rental period is 2 years, and after the initial rental period, it can be renewed up to 9 times in 2-year increments, allowing residents to live for up to 20 years if they maintain eligibility.
