"Sharing and Spreading Intellectual Property Policies" KIPO Holds Policy Press Corps Launch Ceremony
This year, the activities of the Intellectual Property Policy Press Corps are officially commencing.
On the 31st, the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) announced that it held the "2025 Intellectual Property Policy Press Corps Launch Ceremony" at the Government Daejeon Complex.

View original imageThe Policy Press Corps consists of 15 members, including student inventors, columnists, and webtoon artists, selected through an open recruitment targeting the public.
The main role of the Policy Press Corps is to share intellectual property policy content discovered through their reporting activities with the public by creating content in their own unique styles.
The launch ceremony included a commissioning ceremony, lectures on intellectual property and social network (SNS) promotion strategies, and a tour of the Inventors' Hall of Fame.
From now on, articles written by the Policy Press Corps will be posted on the KIPO blog. After the activities conclude, KIPO plans to select outstanding reporters who contributed to raising awareness of intellectual property and award them certificates and prizes.
