BNK Gyeongnam Bank Holds 'CS Angel Sintongbangtong Group Training' ... Improving Customer Satisfaction
Sharing Various Opinions on Customer Feedback at Branches
and Conducting Training by External CS Experts
BNK Kyongnam Bank announced on the 31st that it held the 'CS Angel Shintongbangtong Group Training' to enhance customer satisfaction.
The Shintongbangtong group training, held at the main branch auditorium, was attended by about 150 people, including CS (Customer Satisfaction) Angels who lead customer service at each branch and headquarters staff who design systems for financial consumers.
The participating employees shared various opinions on customer feedback from branch sites and improvements to CS systems, and attended a special lecture by an external expert to enhance customer satisfaction.
In particular, they learned sign language basics and banking-related sign language, as well as how to serve hearing-impaired customers, from sign language interpreter Yoo Seulgi, who is active on social media as 'Yusonsaeng'.
They also attended a lecture by Jung Sugyeong, a CS instructor from Gonggam Dream Consulting, on self-leadership, managing customer service experiences as a CS leader, and creating a joyful work environment with colleagues.
Kim Kyungok, Executive Director in charge of financial consumer protection, said, "Through this training, participating employees have taken another step forward in raising financial consumer satisfaction. BNK Kyongnam Bank will continue to strive to ensure that all customers who visit the bank, regardless of disability, can receive more comfortable financial services."
Meanwhile, BNK Kyongnam Bank also specially selected a panelist with disabilities for the '10th BNK Kyongnam Bank Customer Panel' to hear vivid feedback from financially vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities.
