View original imageThe target applicants for this first half open recruitment are graduates and expected graduates (August 2025) of four-year universities, as well as those with equivalent academic qualifications.
The recruitment positions include ▲ Sales Management (SC) ▲ Product Operation ▲ IT ▲ Store Facilities.
Applicants wishing to join can submit their applications through the BGF Retail recruitment website. The hiring process consists of document screening, AI competency test, first interview, second interview, on-site practical evaluation, and final admission. The on-site practical training is scheduled to take place for about five days in June.
In line with the first half open recruitment schedule, recruitment of officers who have been discharged (or are expected to be discharged) in the first half of the year will also be conducted, but only for the Sales Management position. Eligible candidates are those discharged or expected to be discharged before July this year.

From the 1st to the 9th of next month, BGF Retail will hold offline recruitment briefings at eight universities nationwide, including Sungkyunkwan University, Chungnam National University, Kookmin University, Chungbuk National University, Kangwon National University, Dankook University (Jukjeon), Pusan National University, and Changwon National University. On April 3rd, a coffee truck promotional event will also be held at Kangwon National University.
The briefing sessions will invite current practitioners to provide various job-related information such as main tasks after joining, required competencies, career development directions, and vision.
Online recruitment briefings will also be held. Those who pre-register through the application page in the recruitment announcement can participate in the online briefing scheduled for the 10th of next month.
