Chonnam National University Alumni Association Delivers Donations to Wildfire Victims

View original imageThe Chonnam National University Alumni Association (President Ryu Hyekyung) announced on the 28th that it has delivered a total of 15 million KRW in donations to the Korean Red Cross Gwangju-Jeonnam Branch (Branch President Park Jaehong) to help victims of wildfire damage.
This donation will provide 10 million KRW to Gyeongnam Province and 5 million KRW to Gyeongbuk Province.
The donation ceremony, held at the Chonnam National University Alumni Hall on this day, was attended by Alumni Association President Ryu Hyekyung, Senior Executive Vice President Choi Heedong, Secretary General Kim Youngpil, Korean Red Cross Gwangju-Jeonnam Branch Secretary General Ha Jaesung, and Sharing Planning Team Leader Lee Junhyeong.
President Ryu Hyekyung stated, "I extend my deepest condolences to everyone affected by the recent wildfires," and added, "The Chonnam National University Alumni Association will also do its part to support the recovery and aid for the victims."
