Iksan City in Jeonbuk will operate the 'Iksan Cherry Blossom City Tour' starting from April 5th to welcome the spring season.
According to the city on the 28th, this special city tour route connects Iksan's beautiful cherry blossom spots with traditional markets, allowing participants to enjoy both the spring atmosphere and the local commercial district.
The tour will be available on four weekend days: April 5th, 6th, 12th, and 13th. The participation fee is 10,000 won, and applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis by phone until April 3rd.

Each course visits major tourist attractions such as the Baekje Royal Palace (Iksan Wanggungni Historic Site), as well as hidden photo spots like Chunpo Station and a rice milling factory. Notably, the tour also includes time to enjoy the cherry blossoms while riding a bicycle, adding to the emotional experience.
All participants will receive coupons that can be used at Jungang, Seodong, and Maeil Markets, allowing them to experience a variety of sights and foods at traditional markets along with their spring outing.
A city official stated, "We hope many people will enjoy the spring of Iksan through this cherry blossom city tour," and added, "We will do our best to make Iksan remembered as a cherry blossom destination that people want to revisit every spring."
