Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam announced that delegations from its international sister and friendship cities will visit Changwon from the 27th to the 30th to celebrate the 63rd Jinhae Gunhangje Festival.

View original imageThis year, the delegation includes Long Dimanche, Deputy Governor of Sihanoukville Province, Cambodia (a friendship city), and Doan Thi Phuc, Director of Administration at the International Cooperation Center of Da Nang City, Vietnam (a sister city).
On the 27th, the delegation from Sihanoukville Province, Cambodia visited Changwon City Hall and discussed economic cooperation and tourism industry development plans with Jang Geumyong, the First Deputy Mayor.
Jang Geumyong, the First Deputy Mayor, said, "I hope that through communication and exchanges in various fields such as culture, tourism, and economic cooperation with Sihanoukville Province, a strategic hub for business and tourism in Cambodia, we can achieve mutual growth as international partners."
Long Dimanche, the Deputy Governor, stated, "Continuous exchanges with Changwon, a center of the defense industry and advanced manufacturing, will greatly contribute to Cambodia's economic and technological development."
Meanwhile, the delegation will attend the opening ceremony of the Gunhangje Festival and visit sites such as the Gyeongnam Changwon Green Energy Center, Changwon International Shooting Range, Marine Drama Set, and Masan Robot Land to seek opportunities for mutual exchange and development in various fields including energy, sports, and tourism industries.
