The goal is to cultivate practical talents who possess basic programming skills and soft skills and can be immediately deployed in the field.
The Hero Tech Course focuses on backend development based on the Kotlin programming language and operates as a project-centered collaborative course for trainees. All courses are conducted in English. The education is provided free of charge, and participants receive a small stipend during the training period to cover activity expenses.
Regardless of nationality, anyone with a major in computer science or information technology (IT), or who has completed boot camps or technical training courses, or has studied development independently for more than six months and possesses basic coding skills, can apply. Trainees are finally selected through online document screening, mission completion, and interviews.
Trainees who complete the course will have the opportunity to participate in an internship at Delivery Hero headquarters from September to December this year. Those who successfully complete the internship may be eligible for full-time developer positions at Delivery Hero headquarters next year. Koreans can also apply if they have a visa that allows them to legally stay and work in Germany during the education and internship period.
