Dongducheon City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Park Hyung-deok) announced on the 27th that it signed an environmental agreement with the local golf course, Tee Cloud Country Club (CEO Jung Gil-yeon), on the 26th to reduce pesticide use by 10% and preserve the local environment.

It was established with the purpose of coexistence between nature and humans, and through this, positive effects such as preventing environmental pollution around the golf course, alleviating residents' concerns, and enhancing the golf course's image are expected.
A representative of the golf course stated, “In addition to reducing pesticide use by 10%, we will strive to operate the golf course in an eco-friendly manner by using environmentally friendly microorganisms and suppressing the use of disposable products, and cooperate with Dongducheon City to contribute to the development of the local community.”
