On the 26th, Oh Young-joo, Minister of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, instructed prompt support while checking the damage situation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small business owners as wildfire damage increased nationwide.
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups has begun preparing special support measures such as emergency management stabilization funds, facility fund loans, and guarantees to promptly support the recovery of SMEs and small business owners in wildfire-affected areas through organic cooperation between the headquarters, local offices, and affiliated organizations.
Additionally, after the wildfire is fully extinguished, plans will be swiftly made to restore commercial districts in the affected areas and support the recovery of SMEs, small business owners, and traditional markets to help them quickly return to normal daily life.
