The team care (organizational development) program focuses on strengthening communication and collaboration within organizations and providing solutions tailored to the company's growth stage and business environment.
This initiative, which has been running since 2023, was designed to support startup founders facing challenges in organizational management and administration, and to help employees alleviate psychological burdens and difficulties in adapting to their roles.
In particular, as a customized support program for local small and venture businesses that find it difficult to establish their own counseling infrastructure, it has supported 100 individuals with 1:1 psychological care and 55 individuals (from 4 companies) with the team care program over the past two years.
IN8, the company operating this program, is a venture business selected for the 19th cohort of the POSCO Idea Market Place (IMP). Utilizing its behavioral science-based gamified diagnostic test, 'Domain Strength Diagnosis,' it provides solutions that support individual emotional stability and team growth.
Kim Minho, Director of Bio Future Industry Division, said, "We hope that through participation in this program, local small and venture businesses will be able to develop inner strength and teamwork for sustainable growth amid change and crisis," adding, "We will continue to expand practical support policies to vitalize the local startup ecosystem."
Pohang Center for Creative Economy & Innovation is carrying out various support projects to vitalize the venture startup ecosystem, such as supporting technological innovation and commercialization for small and venture businesses, discovering startups, and providing entrepreneurship education.
This year, in particular, the center plans to further expand the foundation of the startup ecosystem by operating various new projects, including a C-Level talent recruitment search firm program, business matching between local large/mid-sized companies and venture businesses, demo days inviting venture investors, and support projects for global market entry.
