Yuanta Securities signed a strategic business agreement on the 26th at its headquarters in Yeouido Anchor One Building with Malaysia's Yuwon Holdings for local real estate investment advisory services.
Yuwon Holdings is a real estate service subsidiary of Yuwon International, a specialized Malaysian company, primarily engaged in investment consulting and management services for residential, commercial, and industrial real estate within Malaysia.

View original imageThe parent company, Yuwon International, was established in Malaysia in 2002 and holds the official MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) license from the Malaysian government. It is a Malaysia-specialized company focused on services such as local corporation establishment agency for domestic companies, startup consulting, and overseas settlement consulting including study abroad and immigration.
Through this agreement, Yuanta Securities plans to provide comprehensive solutions throughout the entire process of Malaysian real estate investment, from one-on-one customized consulting to sales and leasing. Furthermore, for clients wishing to enter the Malaysian market, Yuanta Securities aims to enhance real estate consulting by supporting local corporation establishment, tax and accounting consulting, and local settlement assistance.
