Coway announced on the 26th that it will provide free emergency support services to minimize the inconvenience of customers affected by the large-scale wildfires in the Yeongnam region.
Coway will offer free replacement and after-sales services for all Coway products damaged by the wildfire. In cases where products were completely destroyed or damaged by the fire, they will be replaced with new products free of charge, and free inspection services will be provided for products used in affected households. Additionally, rental customers will receive discounts on rental fees for the period during which the products could not be used due to damage.
Damage reports for Coway products can be made through the Coway customer center, and after the report is received, a service manager will visit to provide emergency support services.
