Daejeon Tourism Organization Recruiting Tourism and MICE Startups... Up to 30 Million Won in Support
Applications accepted until April 18
Support includes business development funds and sales channels
Daejeon Tourism Organization announced that it will openly recruit for the "2025 Daejeon-Sejong Tourism and MICE Startup" program until April 18.
The business categories include ▲ tourism experience services ▲ regionally specialized content ▲ tourism and MICE infrastructure ▲ tourism deep tech, and startups can apply according to their growth stage, such as pre-startup, early-stage, regionally specialized, growth, and boost-up.
Companies wishing to participate must register as members and input their company information on the Korea Tourism Industry Portal before submitting the application documents.
The 12 selected companies will receive business development funds of up to 30 million KRW, support through a professional accelerating program, office space within the Daejeon-Sejong Tourism Enterprise Support Center, as well as promotional and sales channel support.
Yoon Sungkuk, President of Daejeon Tourism Organization, said, "We hope to see many startups with outstanding capabilities participate, as the paradigm of the tourism industry is rapidly shifting from service-centered models to innovative models utilizing technology and data."
