The Chudong Forest Garden creation project is a plan to connect three symbolic spaces, twelve gardens, and five themed forests with a forest trail by 2030. To this end, the Chudong Forest Garden Citizen Participation Group, consisting of 41 Uijeongbu citizens, will work together with the city until the end of this year.
On this day, the citizen participation group carried out pruning work to improve park management convenience and conducted a preliminary exploration to facilitate the smooth creation of the garden in the future. Through this, they reviewed the current status of the Chudong Forest Garden and took time to understand the direction of its development in advance.
Based on this activity, the citizen participation group plans to hold monthly meetings regarding the park creation plan and also participate in planting herbaceous plants.
