Customized Training Program for Financial Company Executives and Outside Directors Introduced
Digital Financial Security Talent Development Course to Be Jointly Promoted with Financial Companies
The Financial Security Institute announced on the 25th that it has introduced a customized training program for financial company executives and outside directors. It will also jointly promote a digital financial security talent development course with financial companies.
This year's training focuses on strengthening the digital financial security expertise of financial sector employees and internalizing security capabilities, as the digital environment in the financial sector is rapidly changing.
Notably, a customized training program has been newly established that allows participation not only from practitioners but also from executives and outside directors.
As the role of the board of directors related to financial security is being strengthened, a visit guidance program for outside directors has been prepared, and related content such as videos and guidebooks will also be provided. The purpose is to raise employees' security awareness and help management recognize security as an important strategic decision-making factor.
A digital new technology course has also been launched. A specialized professional program has been designed to deeply understand and respond to cyber threats inherent in the latest digital financial technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud, and blockchain.
To discover and nurture talent in the field of digital financial security, the Financial Security Academy course will also be jointly promoted with financial companies. Targeting university students and job seekers, it will actively support growth into security experts by combining theoretical and practical education with training on financial business and field experience.
