Shinsegae Centum City is introducing restaurants from Busan at the food court on basement level 1.
Until the 27th, they are featuring Hwajeonri Jebbangso, a bakery cafe in Gijang-gun, Busan, which has gained popularity on social media as a "Cloud Bread" hotspot.
The cloud bread, baked at 100°C for 50 minutes, offers a wide and soft texture, filled with a variety of five flavors such as strawberry, chocolate, and blueberry cream. Since opening on the 15th, it has continuously attracted customers.
Kim Sungjin, head of the food team at Shinsegae Centum, said, "We are introducing Busan's restaurants, including Lee Heungyong Gwajajeom, which has become famous nationwide after opening in Centum City, as well as Ledaemyeonggwa and the 'second Lee Heungyong Gwajajeom.'
