A man in his 20s who smeared bodily fluids on a woman’s car in an apartment parking lot in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, and fled was caught by the police.
The Wonmi Police Station in Bucheon announced on the 20th that they had booked a man in his 20s, identified as Mr. A, without detention on charges of property damage.
Mr. A is suspected of smearing bodily fluids on a woman’s car in the underground parking lot of an apartment in Wonmi-gu, Bucheon, at around 9:40 p.m. on the 2nd.
He smeared bodily fluids on the front passenger door handle of the car and fled. After receiving a report the next day, the police began an investigation, and Mr. A voluntarily appeared at the police station on the 11th.
