Hanwha Semitek Participates in US Surface Mount Technology Exhibition 'IPC APEX'
Introducing the Versatile High-Speed Chip Mounter XM520
Hanwha Semitek will participate in 'IPC APEX Expo 2025,' the largest surface mount technology (SMT) exhibition in North America.
Hanwha Semitek announced on the 19th that it will showcase the XM520, suitable for high-mix, high-volume production, and the HM520, optimized for low-mix, high-volume production lines, at the IPC APEX Expo held from the 18th to 20th (local time) at the Anaheim Convention Center in California, USA.
