View original imageAccording to the National Police Agency on the 18th, Yoon was excluded from his duties the day before. Under Article 73-3 of the National Public Service Act, a person indicted for a criminal case can be suspended from their position.
The Special Investigation Headquarters for Emergency Martial Law under the prosecution indicted Yoon and eight other military and police officials, including former National Assembly Security Commander Mok Hyun-tae, without detention on charges of engaging in important duties related to rebellion and abuse of authority to obstruct the exercise of rights on the 28th of last month.
