Insera Solution's High-Speed Precision Adjustment Mirror
Selected for Loading onto the Nuri Rocket
Cheonan City in Chungnam Province announced on the 18th that the high-speed precision adjustment mirror (FSM) developed by the C-STAR company Insera Solution Co., Ltd. will be loaded onto the Nuri rocket.
C-STAR is a word that combines the "C" of Cheonan and "STAR" from startup.
The FSM is a device that can rapidly and precisely control the direction of a laser, allowing for fine angle adjustments even in situations with vibration or shock.
This device will be loaded onto the second space verification satellite during the fifth launch of the Nuri rocket next year, together with SK hynix's DRAM and UFS, and the attitude determination and system module from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
Mayor Park Sangdon said, "The selection of Insera Solution for this space verification project is proof of the limitless potential of Cheonan's startups," adding, "We will continue to provide support and investment so that startups can be competitive not only in Korea but also on the global stage."
Meanwhile, Insera Solution is a technology company headquartered in Cheonan Green Startup Town, and has attracted investments totaling over 3.3 billion won within just one year and six months since its establishment.
