On the day, the Innovation Party will march 1.6 km from the Admiral Yi Sun-sin statue in Gwanghwamun to the Constitutional Court in Jongno-gu, performing the three-step, one-bow ritual.
Acting Representative Kim Seon-min, Assemblyman Cha Gyu-geun, Legal Committee Chairman Seo Sang-beom, and the party spokesperson team will participate together.
In a notice, the party spokesperson team stated, "With earnest hearts, we will take three steps and bow, praying that the Constitutional Court justices respond to the people's sincere wishes and deliver a verdict to 'dismiss President Yoon Seok-yeol.'"

In their press release, they said, "Is Prosecutor General Shim Woo-jung, who caused confusion in the calculation of detention periods for over 2,300 prosecutors for 71 years since the enactment of the Criminal Procedure Act, still afraid of Yoon Seok-yeol?" They directly questioned, "Why should the standard, which has been applied equally to all defendants, be applied differently to Yoon Seok-yeol with an imperial special privilege calculation method?"
They emphasized, "The Prosecutor General, who only offers inconsistent and pitiful excuses by giving up the immediate appeal, does not deserve to be in that position," and urged, "The Special Investigation Headquarters of the prosecution must immediately file an immediate appeal against the cancellation of detention."
They added, "The court's opinion to have the higher court judge through an immediate appeal and the voices of citizens who are suffering endlessly in the streets continue without end," and stated, "We once again urge the prosecution to fulfill at least the minimum duty to the people wounded by the rebellion and the history of the democratic republic trampled by martial law troops."
