ABL Life, Employee Lecture on 'Finding Happiness in an Anxious and Uncertain Era'
ABL Life announced on the 13th that it held a morning lecture titled "Finding Happiness in an Anxious and Uncertain Era" for its executives and employees at its headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul on the 12th.
This morning lecture was conducted by inviting Professor Kim Tae-hoon, a psychology professor at Gyeongnam University and a cognitive psychology Ph.D. from Ohio State University, USA. Professor Kim gave a lecture using various examples on the importance of securing sleep time, communication methods in low-context societies, generational conflicts and their causes, and the reasons why one must find their own happiness boosters. Professor Kim said, "Happiness and satisfaction should be tools, not goals," adding, "After a hard day’s work, having small happiness boosters you like, such as a refreshing glass of beer or sweet ice cream, helps you continue your daily life without getting exhausted." After the lecture, a lucky draw and quiz events were also held for the executives and employees.
