Up to 120,000 Won in Points per Infant or Toddler
Expanded Operators and Simplified Application Process Enhance User Convenience and Benefits

Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Jun-hee) announced that it will provide 100,000 won in taxi usage points for families raising infants and toddlers under 24 months who use taxis equipped with car seats.
‘Seoul Mom Dad Taxi’ is a system that provides 100,000 won points per infant to use large vans equipped with car seats. The purpose is to support outings for infants and parents who have to carry many items such as strollers and baby formula.
The district, which has been promoting this project since 2023, has enhanced the convenience and benefits for Seoul Mom Dad Taxi users this year.
First, the number of operating companies was increased from one to two (Tada, Papa) to strengthen user choice. Additional points, which were previously up to 2,000 won, are now provided up to 20,000 won, including multi-child and single-parent family points (10,000 won).
The application process has also been greatly simplified. Unlike before, when residents had to register documents such as resident registration certificates in the operator’s app, applicants can now easily apply through non-face-to-face eligibility verification on the ‘Monttang Information Universal Key’ website without separate documents.
The support target is families raising infants and toddlers under 24 months registered as residents in Gwanak-gu. Caregivers who wish to use the service can select their preferred company among the two operators and apply through the Monttang Information Universal Key website.
For applicants, the local community service center verifies eligibility within 7 days, and once confirmed, the operating company provides points within 5 days. The entire process from application to point issuance takes between 12 and 19 days.
The application period is until November 30, and it may close early if the budget is exhausted. Points can be used until December 15 from the date of issuance, and any remaining points will automatically expire after December 15.
Mayor Park Jun-hee said, “For infants and toddlers, even short distances are difficult to travel on foot, and there are many cases where transportation is needed suddenly due to illness,” adding, “We will continue to discover various family-friendly policies, including the ‘Seoul Mom Dad Taxi,’ to make Gwanak a great place to have and raise children.”
