According to the Nakdong River Basin Environmental Office, the new head Seo entered public service through the 28th Technical Examination and has served in the Ministry of Environment's Environmental Policy Office, Water Environment Policy Bureau, Climate Future Policy Bureau, as well as the Director of the Greenhouse Gas Integrated Information Center, head of the Han River Basin Environmental Office, and head of the Daegu Regional Environmental Office.
