The center was newly established as a regional hub within the eight nationwide business headquarters. It is responsible for build-up and value-up programs for pre-restructuring, as well as re-challenge and re-startup programs to assist the recovery of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It plans to provide comprehensive restructuring solutions by linking projects from related organizations.
First, to help companies experiencing growth stagnation or complex management crises to make a fresh leap, new guarantees will be provided through the build-up and value-up programs. For CEOs of failed corporations despite sincere management efforts, the center will support the 'Special Guarantee for Re-startup Support' to expand opportunities for recovery.
Along with this, starting with the 'Pre-approval Agreement for Re-challenge Guarantee' signed with the rehabilitation court last year, the scope of restructuring cooperation will be expanded to other institutions. After consultation with companies by the center’s experts, necessary support will be linked with other organizations based on diagnostic results to facilitate effective restructuring assistance.
