According to the Gwangju Meteorological Administration, less than 0.1mm of raindrops or less than 0.1cm of snow may fall in Gwangju and northern Jeonnam. The expected precipitation is 5-30mm, and snowfall is around 1cm.
The morning's lowest temperatures are forecast to be 0 degrees Celsius in Yeonggwang and Jangseong; 1 degree in Gwangju, Damyang, Gokseong, Naju, Hwasun, Muan, Shinan, Yeongam, and Gwangyang; and 2 degrees in Hampyeong, Mokpo, Haenam, Jindo, Gangjin, Wando, Jangheung, Goheung, Yeosu, Suncheon, and Gurye.
The highest daytime temperatures will be 9 degrees in Gurye; 8 degrees in Jangseong, Damyang, Shinan, and Hwasun; 7 degrees in Gwangju, Yeonggwang, Hampyeong, Muan, Naju, Mokpo, Yeongam, Jangheung, Boseong, Suncheon, Haenam, Gangjin, Goheung, and Gokseong; and 6 degrees in Gwangyang, Yeosu, and Jindo.
Waves in the West Sea are expected to reach 1.5 to 3.5 meters, and in the South Sea 2 to 4 meters. Both fine and ultrafine dust levels are expected to be 'good.'
An official from the Meteorological Administration said, "Please be cautious of falling objects such as banners and branches, as well as trees that may fall or break, and pay special attention to pedestrian and traffic safety."
