The event incorporated a talk show format inspired by the popular TV program 'You Quiz on the Block' and introduced a mobile real-time voting system, receiving high praise. It was also broadcast live online to accommodate employees who could not attend in person.
The event began with a warm atmosphere through a balance game that allowed employees to understand each other’s thoughts, followed by a session where employees’ voices were heard vividly on site.
Additionally, through a prior survey, the concerns and suggestions of employees were directly listened to, and Lee Dong-ryeol, the head of the steelworks, responded immediately on site, significantly increasing employee satisfaction. In the following session, he presented his unique management vision and this year’s execution goals.
An employee who participated in the event said, “I was curious about the new head’s vision and thoughts, and it was beneficial to hear the explanation directly and communicate my questions. When I return to the office, I will think about what I should do in the field to achieve the company’s management strategies I heard today.”
