Seegene to Unveil Next-Generation Diagnostic Equipment Automating Entire PCR Process in July
Acquisition of Equipment Developer Dandimeka

[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] Seegene, a total solution company for molecular diagnostics, announced on the 26th that it has signed a share acquisition agreement with Dandimeka, a custom automation equipment company.
Founded in 2010, Dandimeka possesses robotics automation solution technology.
Through this acquisition, Seegene plans to establish a fully automated system for the entire process of gene amplification (PCR) diagnostics and provide customized solutions to laboratories worldwide.
The actual product will be unveiled at the Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine 2025 (ADLM 2025), held from July 29 to 31 (local time) in Chicago, USA.
