Nearly 5,000 applicants flocked to the additional recruitment for medical schools in the 2025 college entrance exam.
According to Jinhaksa on the 25th, a total of 4,813 applicants applied for the 2025 college entrance additional recruitment general admission, which recruited 11 students from 8 medical schools.
The average competition rate was 437.6 to 1. Compared to the previous year's additional recruitment (general admission), which recruited 5 students and had 3,093 applicants with a competition rate of 618.6 to 1, the competition rate decreased, but the number of applicants increased.
The highest competition rate was at Daegu Catholic University, where 766 applicants competed for 1 spot.
Other schools include Jeju National University (1 spot, 675 to 1), Dongguk University (WISE Campus) (1 spot, 624 to 1), Chungbuk National University (1 spot, 555 to 1), Chosun University (2 spots, 377.5 to 1), Dankook University (1 spot, 329 to 1), Kyungpook National University (1 spot, 281 to 1), and Catholic Kwandong University (3 spots, 276 to 1).
