This general assembly follows the "National Route 38 Maritime Bridge Construction Project Pan-county Promotion Committee Preparatory Meeting" held on the 17th in the county office's medium conference room.

Kim Wondae, co-chairman, said, "As the construction of the National Route 38 maritime bridge is drawing near, it is time to unite the will of the people of Taean. We will work together with residents to ensure that the long-cherished wish for the Garorimman maritime bridge is fulfilled."
With the launch of the Pan-county Promotion Committee, it is expected that systematic momentum at the private level will be secured, giving a significant boost to the National Route 38 maritime bridge construction project. The committee also plans to carry out various promotional activities, such as launching a "40,000 Residents Signature Campaign."
County Governor Ko Garo said, "We will work together with residents so that the National Route 38 maritime bridge construction project, which will be the final piece of the Gwanggaeto Grand Project, can gain traction. The county will also actively cooperate so that the Pan-county Promotion Committee, which will be launched in the future, can play a major role."
Meanwhile, the National Route 38 maritime bridge construction project was included at the end of last month as a target project for the "6th National Road and Local Road Construction Plan Preliminary Feasibility Study" requested by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to the Ministry of Economy and Finance. If the economic feasibility analysis (B/C) from the preliminary feasibility study passes the government criteria, the project is expected to be included in the government's "6th National Road and Local Road Construction Five-Year Plan" scheduled for the end of this year.
