View original imageGwangju Bank (President Ko Byungil) announced on the 25th that it held an inauguration ceremony for the 'Talk-Talk Advisory Group,' aimed at strengthening the rights of financial consumers and practicing customer-centric management.
Launched in 2017 and now in its 9th term, the 'Talk-Talk Advisory Group' serves as a communication channel that directly incorporates customer feedback into the bank's product and service processes.
At this inauguration, eight new advisory members were selected and will actively participate for about nine months from March to November. The advisory group will provide a range of opinions on financial product development and service improvement through regular meetings.
Gwangju Bank expects that actively reflecting customer feedback in future product development and service enhancements will significantly contribute to strengthening the rights of financial consumers and advancing customer-centric management.
Ko Byungil, President of Gwangju Bank, stated, "We will strive to ensure that the various opinions and experiences shared by the advisory group are reflected in our management," and added, "We will do our utmost to provide sincere financial services that are attentive to each and every customer."
