KOSDAQ Association Appoints Lee Dong-hoon, CEO of ChemTros, as New Chairman
On the 25th, the KOSDAQ Association elected Lee Dong-hoon, CEO of Kemtros, as the new chairman.
At the 26th regular general meeting held that day, the KOSDAQ Association appointed Lee Dong-hoon, CEO of Kemtros, as the 14th new chairman and finalized this year's business plans. Additionally, six new vice chairmen, including Yoon Kyung-won, CEO of Intron Biotechnology, and eleven new directors, including Ma Jeom-rae, CEO of MOT, were appointed.
The main management goals of the KOSDAQ Association are ▲ enhancing KOSDAQ competitiveness ▲ expanding support for member companies in response to changes in the business environment ▲ strengthening cooperation through network expansion and active communication ▲ increasing KOSDAQ brand value ▲ and improving the professionalism and efficiency of the association's secretariat.
New Chairman Lee Dong-hoon stated, "Although uncertainties in the internal and external environment surrounding companies continue, the association will strive for effective institutional improvements and policy development to enhance the competitiveness of KOSDAQ companies. We will expand support projects for creating new growth engines and value-up, strengthen networks and substantial external cooperation, and focus all our capabilities on the qualitative growth and rights protection of KOSDAQ companies."

Chairman Lee was born in 1963, completed his master's and doctoral courses in the Department of Chemistry at KAIST Graduate School, and served as president of the Korean Society of Industrial Chemistry. Since February last year, he has been active as the senior vice chairman of the KOSDAQ Association.
